Effective October 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how SPOT, operated by Elevate Tech Pros, handles information when you use the SPOT mobile application and related support services.
Depending on the features you use, SPOT may process account information such as your email address and user ID; precise location used for parking and map features; vehicle information you choose to provide; saved parking locations; parking reports and handoff activity; points and activity records; device or push-notification registration information; and purchase or subscription status needed to provide membership access.
Information is used to operate SPOT features, show relevant parking activity, save and find your parked vehicle, support parking handoffs and reports, maintain account and membership status, deliver requested notifications, provide customer support, protect the service, and improve reliability.
SPOT uses service providers to operate core functions. Supabase supports account authentication, database and backend services. RevenueCat supports subscription entitlement and purchase-status management. Apple processes App Store purchases and subscriptions. Map and device-location services may be provided by the operating system and map providers on your device.
Location access is used for parking-related features such as showing your position, nearby parking activity, saving where you parked, and finding your car. Your device settings control whether SPOT can access location.
Apple processes payments for SPOT subscriptions. SPOT may receive purchase and entitlement information needed to determine whether your membership is active. SPOT does not receive your full payment-card number from Apple.
You can initiate permanent account deletion inside SPOT from Profile → Delete Account. The deletion flow is designed to remove the account and associated SPOT records, including profile, vehicle, saved parking location, parking reports/spots, handoffs/messages, points/activity, notification registrations and membership records associated with that account. Some information may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or other legitimate obligations.
Deleting a SPOT account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Apple subscriptions must be managed separately through your Apple account.
You can control location and notification permissions through your device settings. You may also delete your SPOT account from within the app.
SPOT is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
This policy may be updated as SPOT changes. The effective date above will be updated when material revisions are published.
