Terms of Use

Effective October 6, 2026

Important: SPOT is a community parking information tool. SPOT does not reserve, hold, own, control, or guarantee public street parking. Parking remains first-come, first-served and subject to posted signs, laws, regulations and enforcement.

Using SPOT

You are responsible for using SPOT safely and lawfully. Do not interact with the app while operating a vehicle in a way that creates a distraction or violates law. Always verify signs, restrictions, hydrants, driveways, permits, alternate-side rules and other parking requirements yourself.

Community reports

Parking reports and handoff information may be submitted by users and can change quickly. A reported space may no longer be available when you arrive. SPOT does not guarantee the accuracy, availability or timeliness of community-submitted parking information.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity associated with your account and for providing accurate information. Misuse, fraudulent reporting, harassment, attempts to interfere with the service, or unlawful activity may result in restricted access.

Subscriptions

SPOT Basic may be offered as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple. Pricing, trial terms and renewal information are shown in the App Store purchase flow. Apple handles billing, renewal and cancellation. Restore Purchases is available in the app for eligible purchases.

Account deletion

You may initiate account deletion in SPOT under Profile → Delete Account. Account deletion does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.

Service availability

SPOT may change, suspend or discontinue features as the product evolves. Maps, network access, location services and third-party systems can affect availability.
